WHAT JASON DAVIES OF THE MIXBUSTERS HAD TO SAY ABOUT THIS RELEASE:
After Steve decided to go solo and produce with DMC, I was asked to create an Ill-Eagle style mix for CBS in the same style as the Bros mix that had done so well. I decided to make this mix a little rough around the edges so that it wasn't instantly recognisable as a Mixbuster mix. However, I did get a call from Steve asking if I'd done the mix as he recognised the 'reverse cymbal' we'd always used to cover up edits in our mixes! This was quite a successful mix for both CBS & myself... though I wasn't really paid that much!
